$50.01-$75.00 = $2.00 Service Fee

$75.01-$100.00 = $3.75 Service Fee

$100.01-$150.00 = $5.75 Service Fee

$150.01-$200.00 = $7.25 Service Fee

Each additional $50 increment (or portion thereof) will have an additional $2.00 Service Fee.
